Subpar monitor / screen setup in the office - what do you have?
My bank has two tiny tiny screens (21 inches each) at each desk
My WFH setup is far superior (2 larger monitors, better res, etc)
They want us in office but this drawback alone is a huge drag on my productivity
It seems shortsighted that we are the COGS for millions of dollars a year of revenue and they cheap out on monitors (and laptops for that matter) to save literally only a few dollars without considering the real impact on productivity
What does your bank provide at your desk?
Which type of bank? Two 26 inch monitors for us at my MM bank.
It’s an EB…with recently remodeled offices too
We have two 24 inch monitors which i feel is perfect.
Can’t imagine a 3 inch decrease in size is too big of a difference but your girl says otherwise
