Suited Assesment

Currently recruiting for SA2026 and received a William Blair Suited Assessment. I haven’t submitted my app yet and think this is likely due to a referral. Should I do the Suited assessment asap and worry about the application later or wait to do the assessment until I’ve submitted? Thanks!

The suited assessment is honestly not that important. More of a box you need to check. Obviously don’t bomb it, but there’s no need to stress over it too much.

how do you know it's not that important lol pure curious. I think I bombed the math and logic part and I hope banks don't use this as an initial filter without looking at my resume

The suited assessments are not that important. But just know that you can only take it once. When it comes time to submit it to other banks, you can’t retake it - you submit the same score to every bank.

So, take it seriously, but no it isn’t that important.
