Suited assessment

What is the best way to prepare for it? Seems like a lot of people get caught off guard and bomb; how is that possible? Does the test not explicitly state it’s the suited assessment? How important is it for the various banks?

Suited has me particularly worried because I was never really the best at pure logic/math questions. Also not a good test taker in general.
