Yeah, this is how it goes. An initial meet and greet for the students to digest. Done around this time because FT recruiting is done and firms want to get it out of the way before the holidays and before recruiting kicks off in earnest in January.

No, I hate those. I like framing technical questions in order to test a candidate's understanding of finance and weed out those who just robotically memorize answers from interview guides.

How's the SA hiring outlook this year? JPM, Citi, DB, and Houlihan Lokey's IBD SA positions actually had deadlines of last Sunday at my school with interviews in early December. I applied and hear back about first rounds Friday. I'm sort of freaked out. Been prepping for interviews non-stop.
