Summer Intern BB-> Full Time Recruitment EB
I have a BB summer IB internship lined up for summer 2018 and wanted to get some insight on FT recruitment for EB.
From my understanding, EB are starting to recruit earlier and earlier, so I was wondering if anyone has experience making the jump from BB Intern to EB FT and how they went about it?
Should I start applying for the FT position before I even start my summer intern? So far, I've been focusing on my summer internship, but I don't want to miss the ball on FT recruiting for EB
