Summer internship applications, experience and blacklists.
Hello,
I’m a second year student and considering doing honours to give me some extra time for experience. My grades / extracurriculars / experience are not too bad, but I’ve got the potential to make them much better. Is it dumb to apply for IB summer internships this year, risking making myself look stupid or getting blacklisted, or should I just go for it?
Firms in Australia recruit penultimate year students, which is what i’m in now, but doing honours would make my penultimate year next year.
Do firms blacklist you if you don’t make it one year and then apply the next year? That’s the main thing that i’m worried about.
Thanks,
Some scrublord
lol no they won't blacklist you
