Define a low gpa...that is a very relative term. It is fairly late in the recruiting season, so your options may be somewhat limited concerning where you can still apply with hopes of getting a first round.
I would focus on boutiques with informal recruitment processes - they are flexible with interview schedules and lack hard calendar deadlines (most do anyways). Boutique experience is often more personal and is a great stepping stone to bb opportunities.
