Summer vs off cycle

Hi guys,

can someone tell me what IBs only have an office in london and not in paris ? And if i try to apply to a summer internship for MS in london and get rejected. Does it kill my chances to get an offcycle internship in july for MS or I can still apply to that also ?

Thanks
