Superday/assessment center success rate for London

Hi,

Was invited to assessment center/superday for GS in London next week for their summer internship. What percentage of those invited to assessment centers/superdays do typically get offers? Highly interested in info on GS, but info on other banks/general info is also much appreciated. Thanks.

It can vary. I think usually per assessment centre, they may be looking at taking around 3 people. I've been in an AC with 12 people where they took 3 in the end, and I've been in an AC with 4 people where they took 3 in the end. But it's not helpful to look at it like a numbers game. It's better to make sure you're as good of a candidate as possible. Someone who is personable and knows what they're talking about inside out and is passionate about the job will just have a higher chance of success than someone who doesn't.
