SVB Leerink - Work From Home?
Incoming FT at Leerink, was wondering if anyone knew what the policy was for WFH? I'm assuming it's more than likely group-dependent, but is there a consensus across the company or at least the location?

we're back to "Business critical" only for going into the office due to Omni. So basically WFH until Mid-jan i believe. Past that, seems like most teams are doing a hybrid model, but group dependent as you state. Congrats btw!

Just curious but what are some of the perks/benefits at SVB Leerink? Do they pay for your phone? How much do they give for dinner? Do they pay for your gym memberships?
Work at svb in the commercial bank so I'd assume you guys also get the stock purchase plan which is a great perk. You can buy up to 10% of your salary in SVB stock and get it at a 15% discount to the stock price.

My friends who work they basically work from home all they want. They are trying to grow and recruit talent, so I imagine they won’t harass you to come in a lot.
Are they on the tech or healthcare team?
