SWE vs BizOps
I'm currently at MS/GS TMT. Looking to exit into tech, and hopefully climb up the ladder.
I have a CS degree. Would it make more sense to exit into SWE or Biz-OPs/Strategic Finance for long term upward mobility/moves into product? Have offers for both on the table at FAANG/FAANG equivalent companies and need to make a decision
What were biz ops interviews like / are they receptive to traditional IB finance background type people?

SWE by a mile(okay im biased). Biz ops is second class at tech companies unless you're very senior. Climb up the SWE or PM ladder.
