switch major quick question

I sent in a bunch of resumes saying I'm majoring in X and Y, was officially declared to major in X and Y. Now, I am switching to major in X and Z. And, I am going to continue send out resumes-- I should now say I am majoring in X and Z right?

But how about my previous apps? Would they care that I switched?
