Switching to another IB during analyst period?

Can we consider moving from a FT analyst position in a non-BB IB to another IB (BB or not)? Suppose a move in terms of location from Paris to London or anywhere else.

How would it be perceived by the team if the move/opportunity happens within the 2-3 years analyst period?
