Switching to IBD
I am currently a senior in NYU/UVA/BC. I got a return offer from a top Asset Management firm in NYC. Now I want to switch over to IBD before works start. I genuinely have no clue how to do that. I appreciate any input.
This late in the game your only chance would be reaching out to small boutiques with less structured recruiting timelines.
