Switching to WFH at night / face time?

In your group, do people usually switch to work from home after a certain time at night? If so, do you guys think that's bad from a face time perspective (if some folks are still there / even if your deal team doesn't seem to mind)?

No. Go home at 6:00 every night to log on back at home unless I’ve got something that needs to get out urgently and I don’t have time to get home

I work in office 3 days a week and go home every day in office between 5:30-6:30pm. If your whole team stays late all the time then I’d probably follow along for the camaraderie but if it’s truly unnecessary and your VPs are all gone by 5 then try and get people to enjoy their lives more and go home. It’s just so unnecessary to stay late in an office all the time when your direct supervisors are just going to call you when they have questions.

the only time I see this necessary is when you live in NY, and live in a $3000 per month shoebox without a proper workspace.
