I had the opportunity to work for Gucci (strategic planning intern) in Shanghai. Last year I worked for another luxury bran in Nyc and in septmber im starting a master at UCL ( management with finanance). I would like to do an intership in IB and I would to ask you how hard it is to get it with my working background. thankss

lol yes. I had two internships completely unrelated to banking (think traditional corp fin financial / accounting roles). One was with a healthcare company, I'll leave it at that.
Work experience is work experience. It's all about framing your experiences and skills to match IB and show genuine interest in the field through self studies or clubs. Obviously networking too.
Probably will want to come up with a sold story for why you are switching fields though.
