Syndicate internship DCM
I just started my summer internship in DCM and was placed on the Synd desk. The work is somewhat boring, but more than anything, it’s reporting about sales made during a deal and allocating it to investors. Basically every sales person will pretend to love you so much so you can give them a nice rec. I’m not sure if people actually like what they do or if they just decide to like the work because of the balance. For people in subs what drives you to work every morning?
