T2 FT vs Masters

I'm located in Germany and have an FT offer at a T2 Bank after my Bachelor (BNP, Houlihan Lokey, Soccgen, Macquarie). I also got an offer for a Master at WHU. I understand that a Masters is the common way in Germany. However, I'm wondering if I should start of in the T2 Institution instead and then try to get into a BB -> PE.

Do PE's in Germany prefer Master graduates?
