Taking Work Home
For analysts in either IBD or Capital Markets, how likely is it that you will have to take work home with you?
Looking into buying a new laptop and wondering if having a Mac instead of a Windows will end up being a pain in the ass for work related reasons.
Why not keep your old computer for any work related reasons and use your Mac for personal use?
Old computer crashes non-stop even after reinstallation of Windows, hard drive is failing. Time for a new machine.
i'd doubt if they'll allow you to use personal computer for office work, at my old firm, they wouldn't even allow downloading attachments if you are accessing your email from non-work machine...
