Target vs non-target summer analyst recruiting timeline?
Just a question for summer analyst 2020 recruiting, do banks typically fill up most of their summer analyst class from target schools before sending out interview invites to non-target students? Based on the official SA2020 thread it seems like many banks already handed out superdays (some mentioned Citi was finished recruiting), but are they only for target school students as of now?
I'd appreciate any insight as the recruiting process is a blackbox for me.
