Team at GS/MS vs Lifestyle Group at BofA/Citi?
Would you rather choose a group at GS/MS where you will be penetrated day and night or a decent group at BofA/Citi with seniors call it a day early to go for drinks regularly?

Latter IMO. Only you know if it’s worth the ~20k disparity during bonus season
If you go with the second, just be aware that there is a 90+% chance either the entire team is misleading you as to the actual hours/lifestyle and be aware that a lot can change over the course of a year and a half.
The latter is likely a scam. You will get penetrated at BofA / Citi constantly.
I don’t know man. I would choose the latter 100x over - you wouldn’t know it unless you actually experience that shit. At a lifestyle group at Citi now and ppl are out of the door around 6/7/8 for dinner or drinks. Still need to log back on afterwards but not those 3/4am days at the top 3.
Coverage at BofA/Citi and can tell you it totally depends on who your VP/MD is. I’d had great experience with some (5pm bye) and others horrible (3 am means “banking has become easy”). My recommendation is to follow the money and wlb will find its way to you
