Strong teams include PU&I (they rebranded to a different acronym), Mining, and I believe the Diversified team is decently strong too. PU&I and Mining are definitely strong in TO.

Some places yes, other places no. Project finance is technically raising new debt and equity for greenfield projects. This is completely different than infrastructure M&A, which I think the CIBC EIT team also does. So they are a bit of a combination of both.
