Chat yes, but Zoom calls probably not. I think Zoom discloses if the meeting is being recorded. Could be wrong though idk
thought they wouldnt have to disclose since compliance is informing ppl in advance that they have access to all your data
Also pretty sure recording client calls would be a big violation of NDAs we sign with clients. I think it's unlikely
