Maybe I'm just kinda freaking out, but since there's no final decision yet on a return offer, I'm kinda anxious. HR has told me that I have received all positive reviews, and that according to all my reviews, there's nothing concerning and nothing for me to improve on. Despite all this, could I still not receive a return offer? Just super worried.

Yeah, as some people have mentioned in other threads, there are some banks that just didn't extend a lot of offers due to other reasons besides intern performance. If that is the case it's really out of your control.
