Terrible MD Experiences

Made a switch from small PE VC to MM IB to get the background on my resume, and my current MD is absolutely incompetent. He has sent me CIM edits asking me to delete product pictures, fix company logo (that he somehow messed up inside the slide master), and remove legitimately important information. After making edits, I've been accused of sending in the wrong updates, ignoring him, and creating "disgusting" work even though the other analysts and associates cleared my work as perfect for the client.The guy literally deleted the competitors slide and the company operations breakdown saying investors don't need to know that, and I don't want my name even associated with the deck, as it is legitimately worse as a final version than it was as a V1. How is this guy allowed to speak to clients?Was wondering if anyone else deals with MDs like this at legitimate banks… Thinking I'll try to switch to a MM PE shop at 5.5 months, wondering if that would be possible too.
