Nice, I've made something like this for my own use in the past but this one is much more comprehensive and focused.
if you are binding them yourself at 2am, also make sure that the spiral binding closes fully. I follow a similar list and the only fuck up I had was that some of the pages started falling out when you flipped near the end of the book because I didn't close it properly.
