The return offer
So the bank I interned at in the ME over the summer gave me an offer to return next summer and I was wondering, in general, how attractive is this to recruiters?
Why would it be a attractive and how can one pitch it as proof of excelling? Is it different if you're a rising sophomore with an offer? I'm quite sure I have an answer but wouldn't mind hearing from my more experienced peers on this board.
