The Trial of Psychometric Tests
Hi Monkeys,
I’m looking to see some advice regarding psychometric tests.
I see that these are used especially for graduate and junior levels (1-2yr experience) as it’s hard for firms to gauge your level off minimal experience. Having passed for my current role in DCM, I feel they are a wildcard and worry me for when I try to lateral or move positions later in my early career.
When applying for more experienced roles (3-5 years +) are psychometric tests still an application requirement? Or do firms stop making candidates do these tests are a certain level of experience?
Any wisdom would be great thanks
Psychometric tests are real.
Jefferies hooked me up to polygraph and then asked questions about Rich Handler's feet.
