Thoughts & insights on this company?

Hey guys, I'm currently a graduating senior in a top 40 non target school in SoCal. An HR just approached me thru email, asking if I'm interested on a San Diego boutique shop analyst opportunity. The company is called Objective Capital Partners.

Not much info from Google. Any thoughts?

And also, is it a good way to work in a local boutique shop for 1-2 years, while networking and applying for EB/BB positions? Or go to grad school ? Since I've just found out that I'm interested in investment banking after my senior year's winter vacation I missed the last recruiting season in college.

Thanks a lot

Don't know much other than I've spoken to a recruiter about an opportunity there. I believe if I remember right, their bonus structure is a bit different (I think it gets paid on a quarterly basis). I also believe they just opened an LA office.

I know they've done some deals, so I'd check out their website for that. Not sure about the questions around placement etc. (I'd take a moment just to read the top guys bios)
