Thoughts on Adjusted Full Time Recruiting
heard from some people that full-time might pick up again later (October/November and even into the Spring) as companies realize they aren't hit as hard as they were expecting. if i'm still gunning for a full time spot, should i be networking now for those opportunities? any ideas on if that's likely at all that these openings appear later in the year for full time 2021?
I would definitely hope you are right. My possibility of a return offer is still up in the air, so I would definitely give October and November a big last push to get in if it doesn't work out with my return offer.
If anyone has any additional insight to add to your comment, that would be helpful.
Can you please elaborate on what companies you are talking about? JPM has said that they are pushing FT hiring back, as seen in the 2021 Ft doc, but, aside from them, who else is actually doing that as well?
