Thoughts on AQ Technology Partners?
Has anyone heard anything about this firm? They're hiring pretty heavily right now and it looks like they have strong middle-market M&A deal flow. Has anyone talked to them or have any insight? Comp is above street from what I have heard.

I know some people who worked here. Pay is definitely above street but only for top performers. Apparently very challenging to stay / move up given very specialized in software (people are expected to be able to be on the ground running day 1) and lean team so everyone works a lot.
Thanks for the response. Do you think that if we were to share our thoughts on the exit opportunities, do you think they will have a good look for some good software- and tech-focused UMM / Mega funds?
