Had a recruiter reach out about a lateral opportunity. I did some quick research and saw the group is kinda sweaty. Most comments I've seen were in 2021/2022.
Does anyone have any examples or can attest to how the group currently operates? Is face-time a huge deal? Etc?

I've worked with that team on a couple of deals. Never had any issues and seemed like a solid culture. As a pro-tip - any group that has strong deal flow is going to be sweaty

Group is pretty sweaty do lots of dealflow, but its offset a bit by the more laid back culture. They also have industrials offices in a couple different locations so thats fun.
Do you know what typical hours per week would be? I heard they have WFH Mon/Fri so thats nice
70 rn, typically like 9-7 in office, 8pm- 12:30/1am average, 2-3am if ur cranking on deliverables with short deadlines
