I've been getting the feeling that follow-ups just aren't effective in getting replies. I have a much better hit-rate with fresh colds than follow-ups of any kind. Could anyone on the other side give some insight on this? I was always told follow-ups were needed during my club's recruiting prep, but reality has shown the opposite.
