Thoughts on CS First Boston restructure ?
Just saw the earnings and wanna hear the thoughts. Is this a good or bad sign for CS and is this just them attempting to pull themselves out of the hole they’ve dug into?

Prob the best thing that could have happened to the IBD now with Michael fucking klein as the ceo. For CS as a group, good for them too as they focus on their wm unit.
Someone in another thread said you don't want to bet against Michael Klein and I agree, look at what he did with M Klein that doesn't have close to the reach and depth of CS. I think he'll be able to attract / retain a lot of great senior talent that are frankly sick of being at t2 banks losing out on mandates to t1 banks.
