Thoughts on differences between Small/Mid vs Large Cap

Good morning y'all,

I've heard a lot here and there about the differences between smid and large cap teams. For instance :

  • Generally less work hours in smid teams

  • Large cap salary > smid

  • Less good atmosphere in large cap, contest of who has the biggest

I would like to know if anyone has more insight into this, especially if anyone has had both experiences? What are the main differences? Some say "it's not the same job." I was also wondering how complicated it is to go from small to large?

Thank you for your insights and time :-)
