Heard Moelis has a great RX team and the people I spoke to seem bright and chill… but how are the hours/culture overall at Moelis? How do their RX group compare to PJT/HL?

I have friends at all major RX banks and EVR RX is known to have the worst culture. HL a close second, depending on office.
