Was lucky enough to secure an offer at Nomura Greentech recently. Does anyone have any input on this group regarding culture, pay, or exit opps? I am interested in tech broadly but am not sure if I want to focus exclusively on sustainable tech quite yet. Thanks in advance!

Have good knowledge that pay is at or above street (surprising) even after the acquisition. Brutal hours and lots of turnover lately but management and the new co-head of IB at Nomura (founder of GT) recognize that the only way to retain personnel is to pay them well. Have worked on some pretty big mandates lately as well.
Do you know how the summer analyst hours are and if the exit opps are good?
What is green tech
Great place to be, you’ll get worked to the bone but by the end of it you’ll have a good opportunity outside of IB lined up. You should be getting paid very well. Idk, those are my thoughts.
