Thoughts on PEI Global?

Looks like an energy/infra-focused boutique - came across the company on linkedin and hadn't heard of it before. Seems like most seniors came from jefferies originally and then cantor fitzgerald P&U team before starting their own firm. Anyone have any insights into exit opps, W/L balance, dealflow, culture etc?

Solid shop, long hours, but great culture. If you’re into Infrastructure, this is a great place to be. I’ve seen analysts exit to MM PE, top MM banks, infra funds, but it‘s too small to really say where the exits are. It seems to be a lot about getting out what you put in.

why is power going into crisis? Conventional is going to huge under the new administration and with grid reliability concerns and the expansion of AI and data centers needed even more power. Agreed renewables though are crushed for a while with the new ITC rules but even then BESS will still be built coupled with gas peakers imo.
