The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to function in a success based environment. He or she will get broad exposure to an entrepreneurial Asset Management firm and be expected to play an important role in the growth of the firm. This is a deal team position that will work with a variety of the principals to assist with:
-New business origination and evaluation of potential investments -Due diligence and transaction execution -Underwriting, monitoring and valuing investments -Optimizing fund performance through the use of capital markets products such as leverage facilities and hedging products -Investor development including activities related to capital raising and managing investor relationships
