Just wanted to get some insight to how people may move across banks. Bulge bracket to bulge bracket (or elite boutique) may be a bit pointless, but how about a tier 2 to bulge bracket?
If someone completed 2.5-3 years at a tier 2 (including internships) with an MBA (also not target), would a 1st year associate role at a bulge bracket be silly or difficult to ask for?
