Tier 2/3 to Tier 1 move after 8 months - Too soon?
Currently I am at a Tier 2/3 Corporate Bank (think HSBC/Stan.Chart). An opportunity (online app) just opened up at a tier 1 bank (JPM, Citi, BoA) for an analyst role - Is it too soon to try and move? Is it too soon to try and make a move or would it be better to wait out 2 years?
On a separate note would anyone have a rough idea of the hours worked in corporate banking in the top firms?

covid has given you a window where top tier banks are desperate for anyone competent with enough experience to avoid training them from scratch. When covid ends, and the next class of kids start in person, your window there closes.
