Tier 3 Bank in NY vs Big 5 in Canada
Would it be better to take a FT offer from a Tier 3 bank in NY (SMBC, SunTrust, BTMU, ING etc) or Big 5 Bank in Canada?

Do you have comparative compensation estimates for the 3rd tier (I only know what big 5 pays). But I'd say if you're thinking of coming back/staying in Canada long term, you get a 25% boost in pay just off of the CAD suppression. I would take that into account but you've left too much info out. Which group at the big 5? What will deal exposure look like at either? Too many variables to give a holistic answer.
