Found out will need surgery for a small brain tumor which will require ~2 months off.
Have some time and was thinking to do it post bonus payout this summer / early fall.
How far in advance should I bring this up? Don’t want to get canned/impact my reviews.
And honestly if it does fine with quitting given the significance for my health.
