Time Remaining After One Month Internship - What to do?

I was lucky enough to land a one month boutique IB internship as a rising sophomore but now have two months left in my summer and am brainstorming ideas for what to do with the remaining time. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this and what they went on to do for the rest of the summer to continue building up the resume? Being the middle of the summer, another one month internship like this would be hard to find. Let me also preface this with saying that I had a job lined up following my internship but it ended up not working out (ie. not worth my time because of how many others showed up). Any thoughts are welcomed
