Tips on converting at a boutique
Right after the new year I'll be starting an off-cycle at a London-based boutique where the culture can be described as tight-knit but big on prestige and hammering home the idea of IB as an apprenticeship-type profession. This is most likely one of my last chances to enter IB so I would like to make sure I convert and then take it from there.
The internship is also going to be quite short for an off-cycle so I need to make sure I make the best impression possible in that time span.
Any tips are appreciated!
