Ignore title. Received an analyst 1 opportunity in a very large team in a BB in London. 10 MD covering different subsectors, junior level including ~ 10VPs, ~ 10 associates and ~ 20-30 analysts. Wondering if there are any tip to get best deal exposure and become good performer in the team? Anything to pay attention to? Should I first work as many people as possible, and then specialize?
