I’m so tired of people giving BS banking ranks. 99% of this website is made of kids who don’t have offers judging banks (that they most likely are incapable of getting offers to themselves). y’all are pathetic. exit ops are purely based on the person you are, your work quality, connections, and luck. does working at a solid shop help you? of course, but there is no blanket statement that can be made about ranks and exit ops.
y’all gotta start celebrating people’s accomplishments getting offers. this is one of the hardest fields to break into
