TMT Buyside Discussions and Rationale
Friends,
When you go to meet with a CFO for a buyside discussion -
1) How many acquisition target ideas do you typically present ? (especially if you are in TMT / Technology group).
2) Do you list detailed rationale for each target company ? I mean - do you list 4 or 5 reasons for the acquisition ? or you simply list SINGLE MOST important reason/rationale?
3) How do you get them interested in continuing the conversation ?
