To Accept Msc Investment Management at HKUST or to wait one year and apply for EU/US schools?

Hi guys, I'm on my final undergrad year from a Shanghai Uni. I got shortlisted for HKUST MSc Investment Management program. I am confused weather to go for it, or rather to go back home and to apply for an EU/US school next year. (after getting my GMAT).

The reason I'm struggling with Hong Kong is:

  1. After graduating at HKUST I don't have any chances of landing a job in HK since they want there US/EU grads.

  2. I am not asian and I don't speak Cantonese. (but I speak mandarin almost fluently)

  3. I don't have any chances in EU with HKUST diploma, since they also want more EU/US grads.

  4. In EU it education should much cheaper than in HK

Im almost 25, I don't know if its good to wait more for the masters program. I am doing an internship at a local PE fund, but my job is 100% networking and meeting top managers, plus some industry/company research, no modeling at all.

If I'll go back home, (to Moldova), I won't find anything better than a position in a Commercial Bank or corporate finance, since we have literally no investment banks there.

**Are my concerns more right than wrong? Are my chances really so low with HKUST diploma both in Hong Kong and in EU/US?

Should I wait and apply next year to EU schools? **I will enroll in this case in 1.5 years and graduate in 2.5 years from now
