To call or not to call?
Hi Everyone,
I had a first round phone interview about a month ago and everything that could have gone wrong on a call, went wrong. It was pure bad luck (I won't get into details). I know am qualified for this job and I feel if I were given another opportunity I would get the job. (at a BB)
I still have never heard back from them (Which is self-explanatory by now), so I figure I have nothing to lose in reaching out...right?
Should I:
A.) Call HR and ask a status update and then tell them I would be interested in applying next year.
B.) Send an E-mail to follow up
C.) Just move on
What do you think?
Move on. I wouldn't start giving excuses or any other explanation.
Call, what's the worst that'll happen : "NO"
I would be weary of sounding desperate... nobody likes someone that is clingy. Move on. You'll have other opportunities
